Mena Alexandra suvari born on February 13, 1979 in the USA is an actor also a fashion designer, and model. Her modeling career began in 1990 and soon moved into acting, after guest appearances on television series like Boy Meets World or High Incident. Her film debut was in 1997's drama Nowhere. Her performances as a character in American Beauty - for which she was nominated to be awarded an award called a BAFTA Award - and American Pie that earned more attention from the public, she transitioned into bigger roles. In the following years, she appeared as the protagonist in Sugar & Spice (2000) along with American Pie star Jason Biggs. Spun the independent drama released in 2002 as well as the suspense film Trauma (2004) was her two most recent appearances. She appeared in HBO's dramatic show Six Feet Under. In 2004 she was nominated as an Outstanding Cast member in the Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008, Suvari was part of several films like Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and the adaptation film to The Garden of Eden.
